I am taking part in Silver Sunday hosted by
Gypsy Fish Journal. I wasn't able to participate for a few weeks due to camera problems, but I am back. And this time around, I decided to share some vintage silver jewelry. Both of these pieces are from the 1960's, when I was a girl. My dad brought back the whale bracelet from a trip to Nantucket, and my best guess about the fish pin is that it came from the
League of New Hampshire Craftsmen. I think both designs have stood the test of time -- these pieces still look good to me today, especially the fish!

I love silver jewelry too how wonderful that you've saved them all these years.
That's a whale of a piece! (Ok! So it was corny!)
Hi Beth...
I love your beautiful silver jewelry! I remember having a few pieces when I was a teenager...and silver wasn't as popular then...not like it is today! The whale bracelet is my favorite! Thank you for sharing your pretty silver pieces with us today for Silver Sunday!
Warmest winter wishes,

Love that whale bracelet! How beautiful....and a treasure from your dad! Happy SS!
Glad you got your camera working...your whale bracelet reminds of whale watching off Nantucket one summer with the family. Thanks for being part of Silver Sunday....see you next week~

I agree that silver jewelry does stand up to the test of time. Your pieces are lovely...I especially like the whale bracelet.

I love both of these pieces! The fish have fabulous mid-century style (even if they aren't as old as that).
Those pieces are adorable! I love the fish pin and the whale bracelet is so fun!
Happy SS

You'd have to know I'd love the silver jewellery. Wear it, enjoy it, show it off. Thanks for sharing.

The whale bracelet is especially cute!
So is it any warmer where you are this morning? Around the Portland area it is cool, crisp, sunny and thankfully, not snowing. How can you be in Maine and not have something fishy to wear. They are fun pieces.
These are gorgeous!! I love both, the bracelet and the fish pin! I'm so partial to silver jewelry and both of these are so pretty!! And such treasures from your dad... Hugs, Silke
Charming silver bracelet and pin! I love Maine too...a beautiful state!
